Este problema surge en la actualización numero 42 del navegador Chrome el cual desactivo por defecto todos los componentes Java necesarios para la impresión directa.
Apartir de la versión 45 de Chrome esta función quedo deshabilitada. Es necesario utilizar un navegador alternativo como Firefox para esta tarea.
Ingresar a chrome y digitar en la barra de direcciones chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
Hacer clic en Habilitar en la opción NPAPI
